I’ve been following this program for a few years now, ever since I was newly postpartum with my second child,. I am so incredibly grateful I came across it. As a former athlete, I had been searching for something that would help me feel like myself again, and this program has done exactly that.
The workouts have dramatically improved both my static and dynamic strength, as well as my mobility. I especially love that the program includes a variety of options. Whether I have time for multiple training days each week or need to fit in a quick workout during my child’s nap, there is an option that works.
The movements aren't just strictly isolated weightlifting exercises. They include compound and functional exercises that train beyond the traditional linear plane.
